Stephen Gristock, Frameworx, an expert in Agile-based transformation techniques, brings a wealth of experience in technology, project delivery, and strategic transformations. He has a rich background as a consultant, coach, practitioner, and implementation leader. Stephen has presented at conferences across Europe, Asia, and North America, sharing his insights and expertise.

He holds numerous credentials and has served on the SEI’s Change Control Board and the PMI’s Model Development Team. As the leader of the PMI Long Island Chapter’s Agile Group, he has guided several successful Agile transformation initiatives. Stephen's hands-on experience and practical approach embody the ethos of “doing it before you teach/coach it.” Currently, he serves as an Agile advisory and training consultant for Frameworx.
