Colourful Voices - Global Scrum Gathering 2026 Preview
Details
Colourful Voices aims to provide a supportive space for both new and experienced speakers who want to practice a talk and get feedback on it. It's an opportunity for attendees to both:
- provide constructive feedback to the speakers, and
- learn how different people approach public speaking for your own growth.
April's Colourful Voices event will be a preview of an upcoming panel discussion that Agile in Color members are hosting at Global Scrum Gathering 2026. Details below.
Agile Reimagined: Thriving Ethically in an AI-Driven World.
AI is already inside our sprints.
It’s drafting user stories, generating code, summarizing standups, and shaping product decisions. But as delivery speeds up, an important question emerges:
What are we accelerating — and who does it impact?
In this interactive session, the Agile in Color team explores how Scrum must evolve in an AI-driven world. Not to slow innovation down, but to ensure that speed does not outpace responsibility.
We will ground the conversation in Scrum values and examine how ethical AI considerations—bias awareness, data integrity, transparency, explainability, and psychological safety—can be embedded directly into Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and the Definition of Done.
From an Agile in Color perspective, we recognize that AI systems reflect the data and perspectives used to build them. If diverse voices are not included in design and decision making, we risk scaling blind spots at enterprise speed.
Participants will leave with practical tools to integrate ethical guardrails into their Scrum practice—so that innovation remains inclusive, responsible, and aligned with the people our products are meant to serve.
Agility in the AI era isn’t just about moving faster. It’s about leading with intention.
