A Sense of Community within Agile

We are used to delivering and maximising value for a client – but how about delivering value for us as the Agile Delivery team?

Daniel will take us through some base concepts of leadership theory (Distributed Leadership Theory, Adaptive Leadership and Sense of Community Index) and will apply his experiences and explain his views.

This unique knowledge share has been the result of Daniel’s cross section of experience in the Software Industry managing delivery teams and multiplying efforts from a volunteer workforce which forms YorkDevelopers as an organisation.

Daniel Woolfson is Chair of YorkDevelopers (www.yorkdevelopers.org), a registered Charity which supports, develops and encourages communities of Software Developers and IT professionals in and around the City of York. Daniel is also Head of Development and Test at PureNet (www.purenet.co.uk) developing ecommerce solutions to B2C and B2B businesses throughout the UK.
