We will discuss the topic of technical excellence and software craftsmanship and their importance to agile development.
We will present one proven way of pushing a software organization toward genuine software craftsmanship. The talk presents experiences and lessons learned from a challenging change management quest undertaken to transform the company's mindset and skill set.
