Nick will detail how the group of Agile Coaches at Holiday Extras have developed Agile Check-ins to make sure they are always positioned with teams who need their support most, how AGILE ratings have helped them to assess teams, the challenges they face engaging with some teams and how they are working with the organisation's Learning and Development Team to reach out to the wider business and expand their support as both Agile and Coaching specialists.

Nick is an Agile Coach at Holiday Extras. He’s been a certified Scrum Master for 4 years. He’s spent a lot of his career in project & change management, working for many years in the private sector (in healthcare and emergency planning). He joined Holiday Extras in 2013 where he was first introduced to, and gained a passion for, Agile working.

Nick joined HX as a Software Tester, before later becoming a Scrum Master and now an Agile Coach.

With the freedom to adapt, inspect and own the way he implements Agile processes, he likes to constantly challenge himself and others to improve.
