High Performing Scrum Teams

A dive into the key skills and behaviours that create high performing teams. High performing teams can be up to 8 times more productive. This session will cover the key characteristics of high performing teams, and the traits to be aware of that that kill productivity. Understanding the benefits of Extreme Programming, DevOps and the Scrum Values to unlock the keys to highly successful and productive teams

We're trying something different this time as well, and hosting it at Advanced in Ashford, which hopefully makes it easier for people to get to.
