• No Homework Required: What you need is a computer/iPad/Tablet (not a mobile phone). Then, just bring your curiosity and your enthusiasm. If you know a thing or two about software development or Agile, great! If not, no sweat.

• Interactive Sessions: We'll kick things off with some lively slides to get everyone on the same page with BDD basics. But we won't stop there. You'll see how BDD bridges the gap between tech talk and business lingo, ensuring everyone's on the same wavelength about what we're building.
• Hands-On Fun: Roll up your sleeves for some real action. You'll get to play around with drafting feature files, scribbling down scenarios, and even dabbling in some step definitions. It's all about learning by doing, in scenarios that mimic the real deal.
• Beyond the Basics: Peel back the layers to discover the juicier aspects of BDD. Think about building the right thing and building it right. We'll share war stories and triumphs from teams who've been there, done that.
• Chats & Chews: Got burning questions? Stuck on something tricky? Our open Q&A sessions and group discussions are the perfect time to throw your questions into the ring. Share your own tales from the trenches or just soak up the wisdom from others.

Madhav Desai lives and breathes Agile. He's the friendly face you'll see leading our workshops, where he mixes his knowledge of Agile and SAFe with an approach that makes learning stick. He trains in SAFe courses from Product Management, Scrum Master and Leadership - and is full of Battle Scars while making Agile Transformation for some of the household brands. Maybe even attempt to make you laugh along the way.
