Together we will explore how Agile coaches can improve how serve our clients by creating a support structure for ourselves. We will explore the value of organising agile practitioners within companies into communities of practice, uncover the needs of these change agents that communities can support, and design a value proposition for our companies to encourage the formation and growth of communities of practice.
