Practical Experience in Dealing with Team Challenges

A set of professional coaches will each give us a short narrative of their experience in getting teamwork to actually work. They are Leise Passer Jensen from Denmark, Robert Fujdiar from the Czech Republic and Tom Mellor from the US.

Wherever people interact there is potential for harmony and disharmony. In Agile teams, despite the expectation of collaboration, transparency and respect for each other, there are often issues to resolve that create uncomfortable situations and even outright conflict.

In this webinar we look at some of those situations, consider potential root causes and ways to diffuse tension.
