We are continuing our webinar series about "The Cold Case for Freedom" on 2024-05-29 at 19:00 CEST, 1 PM EST, the fifth in the series; this time, the webinar is about a proposed strategy to start the journey towards a progressive organization from the customer end. In classic lean fashion start focusing on the customers, put a small team in charge of customer discovery, what are the customers really looking for?

We present some techniques, patterns, and other suggestions for solutions to this enigma and for obtaining quick feedback on the process, visit working as expected? Do we actually engage customers more? Do we get valid input from the customers?

Again, we try to have conversations to obtain different perspectives on the challenges.
