The Art and Science of Navigating Workplace Conflict

Our stance, biases, experiences, attitude and behaviours directly affect the personality of whatever we are working on. We all have different perspectives. We need to be ok with that.

Conflict is inevitable. Conflict is also one of the key pillars of successful teams. Great leaders, change agents, coaches nurture and encourage healthy conflict to enable creating high performing teams.

One of the key skills I use for enabling this is 'True co-creation'.

In this 40 minutes interactive session, I hope you can

  • Introspect and start to discover your own relationship with conflict
  • Explore the perspective of changing the way we think about 'co-creation'
  • Explore the art and science of navigating workplace conflict
  • Broaden your Toolkit and take away techniques to implement in your context with your colleagues and teams
