There are many areas of work, where an agile way of working is necessary to deal with complexity - however, Scrum doesn’t really work. So instead of trying to mend Scrum, you can try something different. In Norway, they call it Tight Loose Tight.
Rune Ulvnes has developed that agile approach over 15 years ago. Since then, it has been spreading not only in Norway but all over the world - to England, as far as Australia and USA and now to Germany.
While Susanne Ringen has been the first German, starting to use Tight Loose Tight over two years ago, it is now the first time that Rune Ulvnes gives an introduction to Tight Loose Tight in Germany.

In this meetup, Rune will introduce you to the concept of Tight Loose Tight and both, Susanne and he, will share some case studies. There is plenty of room for questions. And of course there will be drinks and pizza.
