Ts, Pis and broken combs - with Emily Webber

Details

How many organisations put people in role-shaped boxes? And how many of us are carbon copies of that role? I suspect way too many of the former and almost none of the latter.

In this session, I will explore the power of multi-disciplinary teams, the value of individuals having different skill sets and give you a chance to create your own unique skill comb.

There will be some concepts, hands-on activities and lots of time for discussion, which we can take to the pub afterwards.

**We have limited capacity for this one; please only sign up if you are sure you can make it.**
