Some good news when all we have is doom & gloom!
After initially cancelling this event due to the coronavirus pandemic, we have now decided to host it online. This is a first for Agile Luxembourg, however let's hope it works and helps you to continue to develop your Agile mindset.
For this event, you will need:
1 - Install the Zoom client – https://zoom.us/download
It is worth doing this in advance, as the meetup will start on time.
2 - Install the Miro client for the interactive white-boarding we will be using during the session:

Xanpan - Finally, a Team-Centric Agile Software Development Method
In life, there's not only Scrum or Kanban, there's Xanpan too.
Xanpan as you have maybe already guessed is a cross between XP and Kanban.
It draws ideas from Kanban, Lean, XP, Scrum and Product Management.
Allan Kelly, his creator, defines it as an example of a roll-your-own method. It is a team-centric approach based on his own development experiences; it's a really pragmatic method that reconciles the developers with agile methods.
I will introduce you to the concepts behind it and you will go back home with plenty of new ideas to try within your own teams.
If you want to dig into anything in more detail or want to ask some questions - we can discuss it!
See you all online ;-)
