This event is NOT Scrum Masters exclusive. It is for anyone interested in learning and sharing how to be more agile and work smarter. Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, QAs, and anyone else interested in building great teams are welcome to join.

🗳How does an SMA session work?

When you arrive, you will find cards and markers. Write your questions (without signing them) and put in the ballot box provided. Then during the session:

1. A volunteer picks up a random question and reads it out loud.
2. The group discuss it for around 10 minutes.
3. Rinse & repeat.
