Exploring Kanban Application

By the end of this event you will not only feel comfortable, but enthusiastic about experimenting with Kanban at work.

Join us for an experiment in tailored learning on the application of Kanban and Flow Metrics within your existing delivery system, whether that's using Scrum or some other flavour of Agile practice.

As an audience member, you'll have choices. Whilst you you can feel comfortable sitting back and taking on some solid passive learning, every audience member will have the opportunity to decide where we go on this fast paced learning journey; actively shaping the course of the talk in flight.

Broadly, the talk is structured over 3 themes:

1. 'Flow Fundamentals': in order for the 'meat' of the content to make sense, there's no getting away from a little theory. BUT, importantly, I will show you tools that do all the heavy lifting.
2. Application Insights': Gain valuable real-world insights by witnessing live demos and exploring recommended tools. See the return you can get when covering basic flow management. .
3. 'How to Get Started': Take away tips that you can get started with, in your org, immediately.
