Artificial Intelligence is changing the way we build software and collaborate.
Developers have AI assistants.
Leadership is evolving.
Teams are changing.
Many people say Agile is dead.
I don't think so.
Scrum may evolve.
Job titles may disappear.
Frameworks may change.
But the principles of transparency, collaboration, fast feedback, continuous learning and inspection & adaptation will always be relevant.
Proof me wrong.

But most AI solutions are still designed for individual productivity, not for teams.
Many organizations lack the knowledge, experience and collaboration practices needed to use AI together.
Teams rarely share prompts, AI workflows, assistants or best practices.
As a result, AI improves individuals—but has not yet transformed how teams collaborate.
