You can learn and practice Kata while connecting the dots with agile frameworks. The goal of this 1-Day / 2-Track conference is to connect both communities and leverage the synergies. Before we enter the two tracks (Kata/Agile) in the afternoon, you will plenty of time in the morning hours to learn basics Kata thinking and practicing it in a simulation. The Agile track includes experience reports how Kata is used in agile organizations and how the Agile Transformation Kata can benefit business transformation toward more business agility.
