Why Scrum works - The six essential traits of the game with Gunther Verheyen

Join us for an in-person event hosted by Nagarro, in their office in Bucharest, Orhideea Towers, Șoseaua Orhideelor 15A.

The event will have 3 parts:
1. We are honoured to have Gunther Verheyen as an online speaker with his talk:
"Why Scrum works - The six essential traits of the game".

Gunther Verheyen, independent Scrum Caretaker, wants to help people look beyond the formalities of Scrum to understand why Scrum actually works. Gunther has identified six essential traits that make Scrum work, although these traits are not literally described in the Scrum Guide. Gunther considers these traits as indicators of a healthy implementation of Scrum, as well as principles and practices to strive for.

2. After Gunther's talk, we will self-organize into smaller groups to create more knowledge, collaboration and learning inside the Agile Minds Community.

3. Of course, the socializing and networking will close the evening, so stick to the end, we might have surprises from the Agile Minds Romania crew and our hosts, Nagarro!
