Learning happens in many ways. Sometimes through guest speakers, other times from voices within our own community, sparking discussions on meaningful topics.

This time, the spotlight is on you as we gather for our Lean "Iced" Coffee session!

Quick how-to:

1. Proposing topics related to agility.
2. Pitching the topics for 15 seconds to add a bit more context.
3. Voting on the topics for ordering them.
4. Discussing the top most voted topic based on their ordering.
5. Sharing takeaways with the entire group.
6. Assessing interest and based on the outcome, we either extend the discussion or move on to the next most voted topic.

OBS. Keep in mind that the person who added it, will be the one kicking-off the discussion during the allocated timeslot.
