This time, the spotlight shines on you as we gather for our virtual Lean Coffee – Early Christmas Edition!

• 🎅 Propose topics related to agility — anything that’s been on your mind or worth unwrapping.
• 🗣️ Pitch your topic in 15 seconds to give it some context.
• 🎄 Vote on the topics to prioritize what matters most.
• 🔍 Discuss the top-voted topic, diving deep into insights and experiences.
• ✨ Share key takeaways with the group, because sharing is caring.
• 🔁 Decide whether to continue the conversation or move on to the next topic based on group interest.

🎅 A couple of notes from Santa’s elves:

• The person who proposes a topic will kick off the discussion during its time slot.
• Based on actual past events or empiricism how Agile elves prefer to call it, we typically unwrap 1–3 topics — so vote wisely!
