Details

Do you work in an agile environment or are you a manager wanting to take your team on the agile journey? Are you looking for another way to solve problems and access your own or your teams creativity that doesn’t use sticky notes and lots of text? This interactive workshop uses art methods such as right brain drawing, free association, art-in-action and dialogue to enrich thinking processes, explore problems and to help you get into an agile headspace. Designed for people who are looking for a new way to engage in agile processes, this creativity lab will introduce you to an experimental approach to shifting your vantage point using dialogue and art.

You will get an introduction to right brain thinking and how to access it through drawing (no drawing experience required!). You will create a Colour Field Word Cloud Artwork together, as well as have a chance to participate in open dialogue around your selected themes. The workshop will end with a short exhibition and an opportunity for discussion and networking. All in all, it will be 90 minutes of activity, exchange and a chance to live your creativity.

This Agile Creativity Lab, which combines change of perspective and dialogue, was developed by Penelope Richardson, artist and founder of Fun Life Art, and Carola Conradt, art historian and TZI coach, to bring art methods into the business world, quickly find creative solutions to problems and significantly improve team communication.
