Dr. Rien Sach, one of the organisers of Agile:MK, a Certified Scrum Professional, and Director of Development at WorkForce Software will be hosting an open-space session discussing the skills of great Scrum Masters, and how you can become better. Are you a Scrum Master or someone wanting to become a Scrum Master? How good are you? What does good look like? So you've read a book about being a great Scrum Master - how do you put that into practice? Where does practicality come into it? When do you encourage, coach, facilitate? Is a Scrum Master just a facilitator? What does facilitation really mean?

We'll start off with a short presentation or overview, then dive straight into smaller group activities, bringing the room back together at regular intervals as required during the session.
