February Lunch Meeting "Agile Tools"

Individuals and interactions over processes and tools, but I need my Agile tools! Almost every organization using Agile is using some type of system to track delivery such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Version One, Trello, etc. So if we are being made to use these tools, how do we stay true to our Agile values and focus on individuals and interactions and not let our tool rule us???
