Are you, unwittingly, constraining the performance of your Agile organization? by Rudiger Wolf

Synopsis
Are you, unwittingly, constraining the performance of your Agile organization?

Little's law, is some of the jargon many agilistas use to explain that we should limit WIP, in order to, improve throughput. As we reduce WIP the average cycle time of the work reduces. We can thus speed up the flow of work through the team/system, resulting in more throughput per unit of time, until we don't anymore. Now we have got to the optimum WIP limits! OK.
