Agile from Three Laws of Performance

Details
What sets champions apart in their performance? According to the Three Laws of Performance it's a combination of their skills (doing), experience (knowing), how the situation 'occurs' to them and who they are 'being' at that moment.
This session is grounded in Ontological/Phenomenological models. Ontology, a branch of philosophy, delves into the study of the nature of being; itself. It is also influenced by
the works of Tim Galloway, particularly 'The Inner Game of Tennis' and Steve Zaffron's Three Laws of Performance.
Throughout this session, we will explore the mechanisms for accessing our 'being' and experience firsthand how a significant performance boost can be achieved by shifting our ways of being. We will also delve into a specific constraint called "RACKETS" that
often hampers our progress.
About this week's facilitator:

Currently, he is involved in developing a framework for "Safety Culture" in the automotive industry.
He also conducts a workshop called "WHAT NEXT" regularly to assist
knowledge workers in discovering their true passion and creating an empowering work life.
