Welcoming Conflict to Shift from Contempt to Curiosity

As coaches, we have a responsibility to support leaders as they navigate ever-increasing complexity. One of the key skills to that navigation is the ability to welcome diversity and learn how to navigate ideas that are completely different from our own. Through that navigation, conflict is inevitable, and is in fact a welcome vehicle for growth.

Unfortunately, many coaches shy away from conflict because they don’t have the tools to facilitate difficult conversations. In this workshop, you will learn how to use Clean Language questions to uncover beliefs and triggers that can weaken your ability to facilitate conflict. You will also learn how to use Clean Language with your team to support their shift from contempt to curiosity, using conflict to enable growth and innovation.
