Market Place "Agile Experience"

How can you apply agile principles not only in software development but also in other departments? How can you really embed it into your corporate culture? How can you start and continue this journey in an agile way itself?

For our first meetup after the summer break, the Proximity Technology GmbH will share their personal journey about how running many agile experiments over recent years brought them closer to an agile culture.

To make it hands-on and interactive, we will try out another format:

In a short intro, some of the Proximity employees will share their highlights and set the scene - from positive experiences to failures.

After that, you will have the opportunity to learn more about their experiences through a market place of agile experiments - facilitated in a World Cafe style format: You can visit each booth for 15 min and a Proximity employee will share insights around the experiment, the used methods, successes and failures and you can ask questions.
After 15 min you can move on to the next topic that interests you.

How much is reasonable for teams?

You can learn about the topic itself, ask questions about the "why" and "how" of the experiments and respective results. This way you can get more practical insights and hopefully be able to walk home with some ideas for the agile journey of your company or your customers.

Rough agenda for the evening:

6.30 – 7.00: Get together with snacks and drinks
7.00 – 7.20: Meet-up Intro
7.20 – 7.30: Agile Experience @ Proximity Technology
7.30 – 8.30: pm Market Place: Agile Experiments
8.30 – 9.30: pm Networking and discussion with more drinks
