Enabling Psychological Safety to build holistic, inclusive and agile cultures

Details
Hello Agile People Community!
We would like to invite to join our last MeetUp of a very special Year that forever changed our perception and way to run organizations.
From the way we work to the way we recruit, from the way we lead people to the way we engage or re-engage them again.
We would like to look at one of the most powerful principle of our Agile People Manifesto, as we do believe that now, more than ever, this feels relevant "Agile People actively embrace diversity and inclusion to create communities where people feel safe and truly belong".
This principle embraces the concepts of Diversity, Safety and Belonging, as a base of an inclusive workplace and society. We decided to go deep into the concept of Psychological safety, as we believe that given the current circumstances people may feel less keen to open up, share and speak up.
I'll have the pleasure to co-host this event together with two inspiring women and friends: Alize Hofmeester and Rishita Jones.
Alize will share her experience and story on this subject from an employee & leadership perspective that she highlighted in her book "Purpose Driven People, creating business agility & sustainable growth";
Rishita will look at it from a HR/People perspective, sharing her experience in helping organizations to make the transition to a more innovative, trustful and team centered way of working.
We will do an interactive group activity where everyone will be able to share views, opinions, and experience on how to use Psychological Safety to build holistic, inclusive and agile cultures in our workplaces. You will be able to bring this activity immediately into practice at work and/or with your team.
Looking forward to see you there, to look back to a year of changes and to look forward to a year of opportunities and human connection!
Tamara
