Agendashift - Engaging with Agile HR's adaptive challenges
Details
You can’t upgrade your organisation like you’re upgrading your email server! Traditional change management’s track record on cultural and other adaptive challenges is so disastrous that Mike Burrows decided to invent his own concept. Agendashift is an outcome-oriented engagement model that aims to structure and support the work of those who drive innovation, change and transformation. To help an organization to engage its people during the change process and to keep the whole organisation engaged.
In this MeetUp, we will show how Agendashift can be used to engage with Agile HR's adaptive challenges.
