Es geht weiter mit unserer Reise um den Planeten dieses Mal stelle ich Euch einen ganz besonderen Gast aus Neuseeland vor. Cheryl Tansey wird uns erklären, warum sie das Thema "Adaptability and Experimentation" für wichtig hält und was ihr mit diesem Wissen in Eure Teams mit einbringen könnt.

Cheryl Tansey, als 2. Generation Agile Coach hat sie viel von ihrem Vater, der eben auch schon Agile Coach ist, geerbt und das "agile Thema" schon in der Wiege erhalten. Sie ist eine Vollblut-Agilistin und berät Grossfirmen in Neuseeland bei agilen Themen und hilft ihnen bei der Transformation.
Auch sie ist Mitautorin des Agile People Manifestos und war damals im Juni 2019 in Smögen, Schweden mit dabei.

Cheryl Tansey, as a 2nd generation Agile Coach, has inherited a lot from her father, who is also an Agile Coach, and has received the "Agile Thaema" with her mother's milk. She is a full-blooded Agilist and advises large companies in New Zealand on Agile topics and helps them with their transformation.
She is also a co-author of the Agile People Manifesto and was there in Smögen, Sweden back in June 2019.
