About us
We exist to enable and grow peoples' professional skills to advance Agile principles in the workplace. We also believe that networking is very important and our group is a great place to meet like minded peers and build relationships. It is important that we all improve our ability to advocate for Agile principles in our workplaces so we also want to be a safe place for people to grow and hone their presentation skills.
We will not exclusively focus on Agile enrichment. However, we plan to weave Agile principles into all that we do as professionals. We will invite speakers and topics from a broad range of specialties (e.g. Product, Development, QA, Agile, Leadership, Advocacy, Teams). We feel that broad understanding of different disciplines and domains make all of us better contributors and teammates.
We are proud to be one of the many chapters within Agile Denver.

Description:
Is your company planning an AI transformation - or already in the middle of one? How well is it actually working?AI isn't just another "technology transformation." It behaves differently and challenges assumptions we've built over decades of traditional software development.
Get those assumptions wrong, and the results can be painful: wasted investment, frustrated teams, long hours, delays - and plenty of blame.
Join us as Jim Moore, an experienced cloud and software architect who has worked through numerous technology transformations, explores five of the biggest AI transformation traps, why seemingly reasonable approaches fail, and what to do instead.
This isn't about today's models or latest tools. It's about principles for understanding, adopting, and using AI effectively that will continue to matter as AI evolves.
AI is moving too quickly to learn every lesson the hard way.
