### 🌟 What is Global Agile Tea Time?

Global Agile Tea Time is more than just a meetup — it’s a collaborative, international learning space where Agile minds come together to explore real-world challenges, share practical tools, and experiment with interactive formats.
The first two editions were a great success, with high engagement and extremely positive feedback. Participants valued the collaborative group work, the interactive format, and the chance to learn from global peers across time zones and roles.
Now, for the third edition, we’re making it even better.

### 🔥 New Format: Lean Ignite Talks – Co-Creation in Action

In this session, we’re introducing a new experimental format that combines:

• The freedom of Lean Coffee
• The focus of Ignite Talks
• The energy of group-based co-creation

💡 Here’s how it works:

• Participants will pitch topics in a 30-second intro round
• Small groups will form around the most voted topics and collaborate for 18 minutes
• The goal: support a speaker (or a duo) to co-create and deliver a 7-minute Ignite-style talk
• The talks will be presented live to the full group, followed by short reflections or discussion
• Depending on attendance, we’ll run 2–3 topic rounds

Whether you're an Agile coach, team lead, DevOps engineer, or just Agile-curious — this is your chance to dive into meaningful conversations and turn ideas into impactful messages.
