World Cafe-Style Discussion - Challenges in Product Management

Agile Product Open (APO) and Boston Product Management Association (BPMA) are happy to invite product management and product marketing professionals to an in-person, interactive networking event.

Join us to meet others in the product space, network, and discuss the most common challenges you encounter as a PM using the World Cafe format. The role of a product manager is no easy feat, and every day is riddled with challenges: working cross-functionally with difficult stakeholders, building out and defending a roadmap, finding actionable insights from loads of data, and more. Come with your own questions and challenges and join us to share with and learn from one another.

• 6:00-6:30 pm: Registration & Pre-event Networking
• 6:30-8:00 pm: World Cafe: Small Group Discussions & Share-Outs
• 8:00-8:30 pm: Post-Event Networking

During this event, we’ll follow the World Cafe format, in which we will:

• Divide into small groups of 4-5
• Read aloud a question related to a common PM challenge
• Discuss and share pain points, learnings, and insights about that challenge
• Rotate to a new table to discuss a new PM challenge
• Summarize and share insights with the whole group
