Software development has been using agile principles and methodologies for several years now, and companies and academic institutions are looking at Lean software development as a direct replication of the TPS (Toyota Production System), of eliminating waste while maximizing value. This talk is looking to bring Agile enthusiasts and Six Sigma experts together to share and collaborate with best practices and experiences in Agile Six Sigma Corporate Environments.

Professor Arenas is an Educational Specialist, currently doing his dissertation to complete his Doctorate in Education at the University of West Florida. A College Professor and Corporate Trainer offering practical, interactive consulting-based training, workshops, and seminars.
