It presents a technique to oversee the Development team collaboration journey.The talk presents a series of definitions and discussions about the information processing theory, and the zone of proximal development. Software development has been using agile principles and methodologies for several years now, and companies and academic institutions are looking at Lean software development as a direct replication of the TPS (Toyota Production System), of eliminating waste while maximizing value.
