Scaling Agile #2: Large-Scale Scrum

Details
This session will present the second of a series which will look at various approaches to scaling Agile beyond a single software development team.
Synopsis
======================================================
In this session, we will be covering one of the most popular scaling agile approaches in Europe and the USA - LeSS (Large Scale Scrum). With implementation experience in LeSS from Singapore, Australia and India I will be sharing lessons from hands on implementation of LeSS on geographically distributed and complex projects. I will be covering some of the key principles, roles and ceremonies as recommended by LeSS.
As part of this session, you would also hear list of companies who have successfully embraced LeSS and delivered complex work. Session won't be complete if we don't share the books, resources and links for further reading.
