Operating models to Organisational Design - #part 2
Details
Last month, we explored the idea of Business Agility and how a company’s Operating Model and Organisation Design can either hinder OR enable its ability to sense, adapt and respond to changing conditions.
This topic resonated for many of you, so in response to demand, we are dedicating this months session to a Deeper Dive in to Operating Model and Organisation Design.
So we are delighted to welcome back Megan Tyler - one of key notes from last month, and her colleague Ashley Coleman-Bock, to lead this interactive discussion, elaborate on key trends & game changing shifts, and share some of their pro tips and power moves.
They will address questions like:
* What are the symptoms of an sick/unhealthy Operating Model?
* How can you break down silos and transcend boundaries to get cross-cutting outcomes in your organisation?
* What’s the future workforce look like? Eg Digital Agents; Augmentation; Offshoring, Outsourcing & Partnering
* How do you bring your Operating Model to life and your people on the Journey, given the unprecedented pace of change?
... plus any others you'd like to discuss
We look forward to seeing you there!
