Agile Reading | The Journey Management Manifesto: Critical dispositions for future innovation - Simon Conway

Talk overview

To solve the world's most vexing issues, we need a radically different innovation approach.

Agile has blazed a trail at team level, embedding a culture, roles and process that improve outcomes for complex problems. But Agile performs poorly at scale. At most large organisations the status quo just doesn't work.

We need new approaches that enhance collaboration across many roles and diverse teams in intricate organisations, to allow us to solve the most complex problems more effectively.

In January 2024, five Journey Management thought leaders came together to create a first draft of the Journey Management Manifesto. We have defined the attitudes, values and commitments that we believe can radically accelerate innovation and drive positive outcomes for society.

Join Simon Conway, founder of the Journey Management Collective and co-author of the Journey Management manifesto, for a thought provoking session where you can contribute your ideas on the future of innovation and help to shape the Journey Management Manifesto.
