To improve the quality of your deliverables, a lasting solution is to instill a cultural change. It starts with developers, but it is reinforced and encouraged by leadership.

In this session you will learn where to start and how to measure your progress.

- The metrics that matter
- Which techniques/activities impact which metric
- How to start a Software Craft initiative
