🧠 'The Power of Remote Facilitation'

Following on from Chris’s packed out workshop in March, we’ll be exploring remote facilitation and how best to use online tools to maintain high-levels of interaction. The session will focus on product visioning, story mapping, and creating visual contexts to support identifying Minimum Viable Products (MVP)/Minimum Marketable Features (MMF), and develop product roadmaps and release plans.
This session will be ideal for Product Owners, Scrum Masters and anyone involved in facilitating and contributing to the above.

🗣 Chris Bexon, Agile Coach and Trainer

Chris has over 20 years’ experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Transformation Coach, and Scum.org Professional Scrum Trainer (PST). He is passionate about building high performing organisations and teams, growing Agile cultures, and enabling teams to deliver value.

Chris has worked in both the public and private sector business domains. His focus is to transform organisations to achieve a sustained competitive advantage by adopting agile principles, practices and enable a culture of continuous improvement.

Chris is certified to deliver Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Professional Scrum Foundations (PSF), Professional Scrum Developer (PSD) and Professional Agile Leadership Essentials (PAL-E) training.

We are super excited to launch our series of one-hour DesignBox sessions, a variety of talks, workshops and interactive experiences, designed to bring learning and training to you remotely.

💻 Tools and Tech 🗒
Our DesignBox sessions will be held via Zoom, and we will try where possible to make best use of it's functionality. That said, sometimes we may need to adapt this to suit our speakers and facilitators, but we will always let you know ahead of time.

❗the meeting ID will be shared by email on the morning of the session
❗entry will be closed at 2pm sharp without exception, so please respect our facilitators and show up on time
❗the Agile Scotland Code of Conduct applies at all times
