Meet Andy Spamer, a seasoned Business Agility Coach with a remarkable journey that spans multiple facets of the technology and project management landscape. He began his career as a software engineer, and his pragmatic mindset led him to create his own lightweight project management framework called "Pragmatic Prince."

In 2005, Andy ventured into the world of Agile by leading his first Scrum team. This experience proved transformative as he realized the power of the Agile Manifesto in achieving technology outcomes.
