[In-Person OC] Processes and Tools

The first value statement of the Agile Manifesto reads "...we have come to value Individuals and Interactions over Processes and Tools." Over, not in place of.

This month let's talk about those processes and tools you bring to every engagement - from sticky notes to software tools - which enhance your ability to deliver value. Conversely, which do you avoid whenever possible no matter how popular they are?

PLEASE only RSVP "yes" if you can attend. Seating is very limited at this location.

NOTE: There may be live music - bring earplugs :)

We're meeting in the Foundation Room at the House of Blues Anaheim, from 6:00 to 8pm. (It's ok to arrive after 6:00 or leave early)

We'll meet in front of the House of Blues at 6:00pm and head in together. If you arrive later, go to the Foundation Room door and tell the host you're a guest of Paul Moore.
