Agile and Scrum Fundamentals

Most of us (Agile South Coast members) are told that we are working in an Agile organisation or process. And often it feels painful, or ineffective. Why is that? What can we do about it?

We'll start this session with a super quick refresher of the values and principles of the Agile Manifesto for Software Delivery, and how they are applied in Scrum. Then we'll talk about how our own delivery processes might have drifted away from the principles and values of agile.
