What's new in Scrum?

At this event Carl will call out some of the important changes in the new Scrum Guide, and put us together in small groups to explore the significance of them.

Teams have been using Scrum to enable effective delivery since the 1990s, and Scrum was one of the sources of theory and experience for the Agile Manifesto, published in 2001. Scrum itself was defined in the short and freely available Scrum Guide, first published in 2010, and in November 2020 the latest revision was published: https://scrumguides.org/index.html
