Ways of Working vs. Ways of Thinking & Ways of Being

Large enterprises are busy rolling out Agile practices. These organisations say they are agile but appear to contradict most if not all of the Agile Manifesto values.

People are working differently. They have different symbols and languages. This in-person workshop is designed to help attendees understand those differences and uncover our Ways of Thinking Agile and explore our Ways of Being Agile.
