Working with Remote Teams

Remote teams are becoming more and more common, so it is helpful to have tools and techniques to engage people and have effective online meetings. In this session, you will learn about different tools that can be used to increase collaboration, along with tips and tricks to get people involved in the virtual meeting. If you’ve ever had a virtual meeting that could be improved, this session is for you.It will not be a power point meeting, but real virtual meeting where we will split the Zoom meeting to breakout rooms.
