We are coming again with the new free event but this time we have two guests from Germany. Erjola Tona and Sascha Jürgens, founders of the Pragmatic Agility Framework will give an interactive session for our Agile Tirana Community!
Come and join us in the Protik Innovation Center!
This interactive session will be a great opportunity to introduce people to basic agile principles and values in a fun and all-senses involving way.

About Sascha Jürgens
Pragmatic Agilist

Sascha is a leading expert in Agile methodologies. Starting his career in software engineering and management consulting he then took over management positions in corporate IT and later founded and co-founded several technology consulting companies. Based on 20 years of professional experience, Sascha is now helping teams, leaders and organizations such as BMW, Bosch, ProSieben, UniCredit to leverage their full potential of high performance, adaptability and effectiveness. Sascha’s areas of expertise include merging Agility with business strategy as well as adopting Agile to new fields such as manufacturing and cyber-physical systems development. His approach is analytical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented based on the Agile principles of transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
Sascha is the chief methodologist of the Pragmatic Agility Framework.

Pragmatic Agilist

Erjola is a Pragmatic Agility trainer, delivering trainings like Pragmatic Agile Scrum Master/ Product Owner, Pragmatic Agile Leadership, Traditional Project Management (PMP)
She has a broad experience in highly complex technology-driven environments, in the inception, facilitation, and execution of projects through the adoption of agile methods, processes, and practices tailoring them based on the organization's needs. Leading multiple projects simultaneously with multidisciplinary, cross-functional, and self-organizing teams in different countries.

Erjola is the Co-Founder of Pragmatic Agility Framework.
