Users - are we still just talking about them and not with them?

Details
Does your company create the right products or solutions?
Talking to users has long been a good practice in software development.
But are you actually involving your users?
During our trainings in agile business analysis, several participants have shared their experience with user involvement. Most of them say it is hard to involve the users in a satisfying way for everybody and for that reason they avoid doing it, or end up frustrated.
Do you work with business analysis and does this sound familiar to you?
If so, we hope you will join us and share your experience at this meetup.
We would like to discuss advantages and risks of involving users at different points in the development process. We will also propose some ways of improving the experience for everybody and increase business value.
The meetup is facilitated by Thomas Ziegler Larsen and Mette Bruhn-Pedersen. We plan a mix of collaboration and us sharing some insights from training and consulting.
