Has SAFe helped transform organisations ... and if so how

A lot of companies and organisations have implemented Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) over the past 5-8 years. Some are starting to move away from SAFe. I wonder why this happens and would like to hear your experiences with the framework.

I can share my experiences where SAFe provided good guidance which helped us overcome certain problems.

I hope there are others who would like to share insights and experiences so we can get a better understanding of how SAFe has helped organisations and why it might not help in the long run.
