Event Details:
📍 Location: Online
📆 Date: 3 September 2025
⏰ Time: 15.00-16.00 CEST
🎤 Facilitator: Mette Bruhn-Pedersen
How It Works
A Peer Coaching Circle is a small, supportive group where participants help each other reflect on real challenges, explore new perspectives, and discover actionable solutions. Unlike traditional training or lectures, the focus is on mutual learning and coaching, not on giving advice from an “expert.”
The facilitator may introduction perspectives based on the ISTQB® Agile Test Leadership at Scale (ATLaS) certification.
You can read about ATLaS on ISTQB's website
Inspiration - three typical problem areas:
- Redefining the Test Manager Role in Agile – How does the role evolve in a self-organized, cross-functional team setup?
- Balancing Test Strategy & Agile Flow – How can we ensure structured testing processes and governance without creating bottlenecks?
- Scaling Testing Across Teams & Frameworks – What are effective approaches for quality at scale?
Who Should Join?
This session is for:
- Test Managers & QA Leads navigating Agile transformations
- Quality Engineers & Testers looking to collaborate on best practices
- Agile Coaches & Scrum Masters integrating quality into Agile ways of working
- Anyone passionate about Agile testing and quality
We look forward to a great discussion and hope to see you there!
